MAGICAL INFORMATION: He is a dragon that is shapeshifted to a human. Can conjure fire + is immune to fire. Can also conjure smoke. Is better at all these things in dragon form.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: effectively immortal in that he can't die of old age. Can die of injury/illness. In his human form, he has marks on the backs of his shoulders that look like dragon wings.
OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS & TRIGGERS: Do not ask him about being a dragon unless you are close. Also do not call his dragon form "small", he will have a conniption. Do not call his 'collection' a hoard, he will yell a lot..

FIRST IMPRESSIONS

VISUAL: About 170cm tall, medium build. Black hair, red eyes. Wears average clothes and glasses. He looks Very Human until you look too close and see his pupils sometimes look a little slitted, or that smoke comes off of him when he is angry, or that his teeth look a little too sharp sometime.
AURAL: No VA since OC, but Fukujun would be a close approximation to what I'm picturing.
OLFACTORY: brimstone. He will always smell slightly of it. On normal days it can be mistaken for cigarette smoke, but when he's making smoke the smell is obvious.
DEMEANOUR: Kind of short (ha) and standoffish at times. He very much has places to go and things to do. He tends to bury himself in his work as the head of finance for his country, and he gets very offended when people don't take his expense reports seriously. He demands perfect paperwork from anyone requesting funds, and will send back paperwork for errors. Outside of work and serious tasks he is a lot calmer and kinder. He loves humans in particular and wants only the best for them, even if they try his patience sometimes.

BACKGROUND: Being a male dragon, Aligrezoph is significantly smaller than most dragons. Females outnumber males 4 to 1, and sexual dimorphism means the females are large and fearsome while the males are rather small. Even taking that into account, he is small for a male. For 500 years he was bullied by other dragons for being so small and different.

Then he met the first king of his kingdom, who asked him to come work for him. Aligrezoph collects coins, so this suited him well. Even if the money wasn't technically is, he could spend hours counting every coin and stacking them properly. During his time serving the first king, he took on a human appearance as well as the name Ali. He quickly grew to like humans, eventually preferring them over dragons.

Over the last 400 years he has served as the head of finance for the kingdom. It's kind of an open secret that he is an immortal of some kind, but nobody asks him about it and he never explains. He just serves generation after generation, keeping finances in order and living as normal of a human life as he can.
